Unfortunately, I can confirm that they have been up to these tricks since I first encountered them in the early 2000s. I have no idea how they continue to get away with these slow-pay tactics, but I guess people have a short memory when it comes to them.
And they sometimes reverse winnings from your account.
This is the kind of thing that is just unacceptable. While I understand there can be some RNG malfunctions along the way, the days of players being able to corrupt the system on their own are long gone. Most software companies have threat detection built into their games, and owners are alerted when a player reaches a certain amount of winnings so their play can be monitored.
To see Royal Ace Casino (and their sister casinos) take legitimate winnings out of a player account is unacceptable.
