WIthdrawals to Visa: You should have no problem withdrawing to Visa card, all other customers have no problem with that. I see that it’s only the last 2 days that you’ve contacted support, yet I dont’ see in your account a record of an actual withdrawal request, I’m sure support will get this sorted out for you in the morning if you continue to communicate with them. It seems a little too soon to make such a complaint on AskGamblers.
Live Chat: We are in the process of integrating live chat and getting everything setup on the site, that will be live very soon.
Responsible Gaming: Regarding your limits, if you go into your My Account section you are able to setup your limits there very easily, but our support staff will also be happy to do that for you. I don’t see any request from you to do so in the communication with our support.
