Kicked out for having fun! Been with this lot for over a year and lost a bit, but things were ok. Games are ok, with some of the latest ones. Site is a bit slow and can be glitchy.
NOW THE BAD PART!
I won some nice cash elsewhere and decided to play a bit above my normal level, to have some fun with the chance of another big win.
Buzz, in their new panic mode, decided to self exclude me for 6 months! This was after a call from them discussing my play level.
I told them it was spare cash and after it was gone. I lowered my deposit limits back down to what it was before. THE IGNORED THAT!
I also told them of any debts I had, that they were now 2 thirds less than a year ago, that I had over a certain amount spare after covering EVERY money commitment each month. THEY IGNORED THAT!
So a similar call last year, they accepted all I told them and I was able to carry on playing, even though my debts were much higher!
Part of their remit is FAIR PLAY which is in their code of play, and after losing 2k with them, they firmly shut the door on me!
NOT FAIR!
The ban was 6 months, which I upped to 5 years through my anger at them.
So, after quoting to me on the phone about their concerns about my lesser debts, do they now refund ALL my deposits with them from the last year?
I DOUBT THAT WILL HAPPEN.
I won’t answer any more calls from them, they can explain here what they will do.
