There are an incredible 33 complaints on the AskGamblers website which is a record in itself. However, what is crucial is that ALL of them are for serious delays in paying out winnings to customers.

Hence, this cannot a coincidence but rather appears a deliberate policy to withhold winnings from customers while gladly accepting their losses.

It is not the best site in the world but even if it were, the fact that the casino does not want to pay your winnings is reason enough to play elsewhere.

When you look at the complaints, the last one appeared to be in the summer this year and so I thought it was safe to play ?

Anyway, they have promised they will pay imminently and i said if I didn’t receive my winnings by Monday morning (Christmas day) i would put a formal complaint onto the Askgamblers website.

They have a standard 72 hours time limit forprocessing payments and they have already gone a further 72 hours beyond their maximum time limit for payouts ?

I will probably end up being the number 34th complaint due to deliberate withholding of winnings and have been provided the same BS excuse they give to every customer whose transaction they delay ?

Needless to say these ?
