About a week later I tried to reach them but since they have no live chat option, it is quite hard to get in touch. This conversation took over a week later since my initial document upload.
Needless to say that I registered there on 12th August and even today my account is still not verified nor I have heard anything back from them. Situations like this make me doubt casinos trustworthy as I don’t enjoy sending my passport copy around the net.
