I’d like to personally answer to your post, because in fact I’m the person responsible for approving your withdrawals and I guarantee you that I always approve them extremely fast, specially for you.
To give you a brief explanation: being a white label of EveryMatrix, there’s a two-step approval process. Once we receive a withdrawal request, I review it and approve it or decline it. Once I approve it, it goes directly to EveryMatrix and their Processing Team sends the money, the last step of the process.
Sometimes this last step can take a little longer than expected, mostly on the weekends, due to their availability
I checked your withdrawal from yesterday and you are right, it was processed until today. If this happens again, please contact our Support team and we will immediately get in touch with EveryMatrix to get it done for you.
