We’ve asked this question of many casinos and up until this point we’ve always received the correct answer – it makes no difference to the player whether they sign-up directly or through the link on a casino webpage. It is neither better nor safer for the player. Who it does benefit is the casino, who likely make affiliate income off players signing up through their links. As such this can only be perceived as a bare faced lie designed to benefit the casino.
In early 2014 the Golden Palace group has closed all casinos other than Golden Palace and switched to TopGame software. This effort to consolidate their resources while switching from one of the top of the market software providers to a low tier provider suggests that this group may be in trouble.
