I have recently been incredibly lucky and accumulated just over ? I would like to withdraw), this is where my problems start. I tried withdrawing and was asked to verify my identity even though I? I sent what I. D documents i have via the uploader on my account page. With no driving license or passport I sent other (governmentally acceptable) forms of identification documents. I am days later still waiting for them to be verified! Earlier this evening whilst trying once again to withdraw my money, I found my account blocked. I received no warning or explanation of this nor have I had any information about unblocking it?
I don? I am aware and understand fully the gambling commission rules about account verification etc. I also appreciate the guidelines about responsible gambling and awareness. I understand just how important it is to comply with the rules regulations and know they exist to protect customers and companies alike. What I do not understand however is why my winnings are being withheld and why is my account blocked ? I have won this money fair and square, how and why is a company as large as this one allowed to get away with keeping so many good honest people? After reading the reviews on here and on several other review sites it?
Mirror bingo are simply a joke and must make up rules as they go along.

The code of conduct of British gambling commission has an entire section on the problem I? Mirror bingo claim to follow the responsible gaming guidelines and that they also abide by the gambling commission rules and regulations, quite clearly they do not! They are in breach of several regulations which can potentially jeopardise their license. I have spoken to an advisor today and they agree they are in breach of terms and conditions and that I will have a case. I will take further action ASAP watch this space.
There has been no comment on any of my reviews and I? With my account locked there is still no way of accessing and withdrawing my money. Round and round.
