The site thinks I am from Germany. I am from Denmark. I am NOT using a VPN. I choose Denmark in my profile, yet it only lets me choose German states. Multiple people have promised me to fix this on several occasions, but sh*it just doesn’t happen here. Every time I need Live Support, it takes OVER AN HOUR in queue position 1 to get someone to help me, even though their own site states “within a second”. This is because they are looking for German support. I am still not German. My initial message isn’t even in German, what makes you think it’s better to make me wait over an hour even if I was German?
They can’t read PNG images for verification (or more likely rejection) as they claim the quality is “unreadable”, even though it is within their file limit and it is *VERY* readable. Definitely a mistake on their end.
I asked if a screenshot of my online bank was enough instead of a bank statement, as it had the same information, but it was not (fair enough), so I had to get in touch with my bank to get a new bank statement ONLY for them to REJECT the bank statement and ACCEPT my online bank screenshot, which I was told was not enough (which had to be done in JPG because PNG is unreadable to them). Feels like they are just trying to waste my time. It took multiple days every time they needed to verify (or reject without explanation) a single document.
It took them 6 FULL DAYS to cancel my withdraw 2 MINUTES TO MIDNIGHT so I didn’t have time to ask Live Support why it was cancelled. Live Support doesn’t care, they just try to get by day by day and always respond with “I will forward it to the relevant department”, but nothing happens.
All in all, 3 weeks, nothing. Low quality, would not recommend and would never use again. Literally a sh*tfest of a casino. Platin Casino? Plague Casino.
