I like the choices of Cozy games which cannot be really found in other online casinos. The layout of the casino on mobile is a bit old but it’s something different for me to play with as I started to get bored of Netent and other popular games :D.

I was told that my withdrawal was rejected as I had 2 accounts (and I didn’t understand how could I have 2 accounts while I never made 2 but one). After we went through the matter, I found out that we could only choose whether we’d like to login through mobile or PC coz if we do both even at different time (and with the same id), it’s considered as 2 accounts as it’s accessed from 2 different IP addresses. A little bit weird for me but however, it’s sorted as I was guided by the fabulous customer service staff. Every company has it’s own policy and I respect it.

Bonus cannot be cashed out. After meeting the wagering requirement, we can only withdraw the winnings and bonus is back to the house. If only it doesn’t work like that (players can keep the bonus as well) I’d have given 10 stars.
