I liked that they had lots of games. Like lots every game you can think of. Casino is also fast no lagging. Menus can be a little confusing and the search option was 50/50 .
Lies, claim to have average pay out time of 4hours. Lies. I had a withdrawal pending for 12+ hours . The entire time a red bar comes up during every menu click here to cancel withdrawal. I clicked on it accidentally and the 2 options are OK or cancel I hit cancel bam funds are back.
Claims 24/7 customer support. When u click on support a questionnaire appears I filled out 3x I had a few questions. It claims someone will contact u. No-one helped me. Never heard from support 12+ hours later.
Another issue no straight to Bank cash out is available. Its either crypto or 3rd party ie ecopayz, instant teller ect.
Very few games I wanted to play were allowed with bonus eg blackjack even tho terms state 5% playthrough on blackjack. So I made a no bonus deposit only to find out 2 games I wanted to play didn’t work.
Overall pretty disappointed in ask gamblers for recommending this casino.
